INFORMATION

The COBRA Series is our most popular model and the ideal choice for starting or expanding your ATM network. The platform contains several innovative features that we have improved upon since its launch in March 2015. This terminal allows customers to buy and sell cryptocurrency in a simple and secure way. It is self-contained and can be mounted directly and securely to the floor. One of the most notable features is that some COBRA Series models are bi-directional, allowing them to convert both cash to cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency to cash, a newer trend in the industry. We offer various configurations on the COBRA platform to meet the unique requirements of our customers. COBRA models mainly differ in the number of banknotes available for use by the end-user.

The COBRA Series has the capability to convert cash to cryptocurrency, as well as convert cryptocurrency to cash.

SECURE BY DESIGN
The terminal only communicates with the CRYPTOMATICATM server over HTTPS, while the server communicates with cryptocurrency exchanges and hot wallets.
The ATM itself does not store any cryptocurrency.
Hot wallets for the ATM can be online or self-hosted, for example a Bitcoin core wallet running on the same server, for example a Bitcoin core wallet running on the same server.

NO VOLATILITY RISKS
Unlike other crypto-ATMs, purchases through our platform are made on the configured cryptocurrency exchange at the time of cash deposit. This reduce the volatility risk for an operator. Operators can also opt for a standalone mode with no exchange involved. This is ideal those who already own the cryptocurrency they want to sell. Exchange rates are updated every 30 seconds.

REMOTE MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING
Terminal configuration is managed on a server that is accessed by the ATM. Configuration options include the online status of the terminal, current cash box contents, exchange rate, cash transaction limits (per hour, per day, and per month), customer behavior, and the transactions performed along with their status. The server sends SMS and/or email notifications to the operator to notify them of certain events, such as when transactions are performed or when a specified level of cash in the terminal has been reached.

REMOTE SOFTWARE UPGRADE
Software updates are automatically conducted over a server accessed by the ATM, with no need for operator involvement. This significantly reduces operating expenses, as no personal visit to the ATM is required for performing machine updates.

AML / KYC
Laws for customer identity verification differ throughout the world, but CRYPTOMATICATM is flexible to accommodate even the most stringent of AML/KYC regulations.
Additional customer identity checks can performed at the terminal, using the fingerprint reader, cellphone number verification, ID card scan, or selfie verification to optionally increase customer cash limits.
The CRYPTOMATICATM server is capable of obtaining customer name and address details based on a cell phone number, and also running instant background checks against terrorist watch lists. This is required for some markets, most notably the USA.

NOTIFICATIONS
Your ATM can notify you when cash inside of the machine reaches a certain threshold, when the ATM is offline for more than one hour, or whenever a transaction has been made. As the operator, you know exactly what's happening with your ATM wherever you are.

OTHER FEATURES
